HOW? I conduct PR activities for multiple public health and government campaigns.

WHY? I have a passion for leveraging the media to positively impact the community.

WHERE? I hail from New Orleans, and am busily replacing my former Gulf Coast haunts with a new lineup of West Coast favorite places.

WHAT? Synthesizing all things possible online beyond the Honey Badger.

HOW? I live, love, and breathe in the Digital and Interactive space. Working in this field with AdEase gives me the opportunity to be creative and really think outside the box while delivering effective solutions.

WHY? Being able to access and deliver innovative solutions that many other companies have never heard of is what excites me most.

WHERE? Southern California, born and raised, on the playground is where I spent most… (OK, it wasn’t Bel Air). On the weekends you can find me somewhere close to the beach soaking up the sun, catching some waves, and creating some artistic masterpieces.

Trisha Hall

Media Director

WHAT? Working with a group of media experts to discover the best ways to reach any given target customer segment and providing the media mix for paid, owned, earned and shared channels

HOW? Constantly researching consumer behavior and working closely with our clients and vendors to create a strategy that will make any campaign sing

WHY? Honestly, cause I couldn’t make it through medical school. I faint at the sight of blood. While it is not brain surgery, media takes a certain degree of pschyo analysis and studying all possible cures for client’s advertising challenges

WHERE? Originally a Las Vegas native but “what happens there doesn’t always stay there.” Now you can find me at the beach playing volleyball, reading a book or attempting to learn how to surf.

Jason Holic

Digital Services Project Manager




WHAT? Huge Excel nerd.

HOW? I really like tracking performance, so I typically create complex Excel spreadsheets to monitor every aspect of digital projects. I get as granular as I can so I am able to optimize campaigns to the deepest levels, keep projects on time, and meet budgets.

WHY? I love helping clients meet their dreams, goals, and objectives. This includes entrepreneurs, government agencies, corporations and everything in between.

WHERE? I call Florida home, despite its humidity and mosquito infestation.

WHAT? Treating each client’s business as if it’s my own (except for the office supplies cabinet, of course).

HOW? I’m a big believer in old-school conversation, because regular face to face communication with my clients is the best way to ensure their needs are being met and their budgets are on track.

WHY? I was drawn to advertising because I love the challenge of taking a product or service and telling its story to people in a compelling way.

WHERE? Consider me the Anthony Bourdain of AdEase; I’ve traveled to the farthest reaches of the globe, sampling high-end cuisine and street food alike, looking for the consummate meal.

WHAT? Turning myself inside out to take a 360˚ look at each client’s situation.

HOW? Putting our clients first and understanding their needs allows me to help their businesses grow. The insight and perspective gained from being involved in the strategy and execution of campaigns makes it easy to convey the benefits of teaming with AdEase to prospective clients.

WHY? I’m thrilled to represent a team of professionals who are talented, hard working and fun. Our clients’ goals and ROI are always in the forefront, and our Account Services team is always proactive in their approach.

WHERE? Look for me skateboarding to Starbucks, scootering to Vons, or carpooling with friends to play soccer.

WHAT? Leading the Creative department in conceptual and strategic problem solving

HOW? Equal parts experience and exploration, working with our clients to understand the essence of who they are and what they do, then finding the best, most impactful ways to reach their audience and share their brand essence.

WHY? Every day is different, every project is different, and I enjoy the challenge of solving new, interesting problems. I’m at AdEase to take my experience at boutique shops and global digital agencies and combine them to create innovative, attention grabbing campaigns. And have a little fun while doing so.

WHERE? A Southern Belle from Hotlanta, I’ve lived in Sweet Home Alabama, The Big Apple, Beantown and Sunny SD — so put me anywhere with a coastline and I’m happy. Here, you can find me at Del Mar Race Track.

HOW? I use my international perspective and interactive experience to meld creativity with a modern edge.

WHY? I enjoy advertising because I’ve always liked to convey the inward significance of tangible things through colors and creative concepts.

WHERE? I have lived and worked most of my life in Brazil. My friends and family there taught me the values I apply to my life here every day, both personally and professionally.

HOW? Over the years, I’ve formed valuable and lasting relationships with vendors and industry professionals — and that gives me the advantage of securing untapped opportunities for AdEase clients.

WHY? I’ll gladly stare at a computer screen for hours, strategizing, planning and buying, just to see that final screen of numbers that shows dynamite results.

WHERE? I was born in Alaska, so I prefer to take vacations wherever there’s a warm beach.

WHAT? Setting strategy and vision, building culture, and steering campaign execution.

HOW? Our clients are very open with us about their challenges and goals, so everyone at AdEase becomes a strategic partner and makes meaningful and tangible contributions to our clients’ successes.

WHY? My greatest personal satisfaction is being able to contribute to the growth of our clients — after all, I’m a business owner myself. We apply the same drive we bring to private sector clients to our many public sector clients. I appreciate the real passion that people in government health, environment and conservation agencies bring to their work, and it has been a privilege to help them make our communities healthier, cleaner and better places to live.

WHERE? Find me in an aisle seat on Southwest Airlines, hopscotching between our offices in San Francisco, Sacramento and San Diego.

WHAT? Delivering service at a 110% level, because who needs sleep?

HOW? I’m responsible for overseeing the strategy, media planning and creative development for my clients’ campaigns. I make sure we are on point, and do what we say we’re going to do. We’re only successful if our clients are successful – and we love having happy clients.

WHY? I find great satisfaction in bringing ideas to life … identifying a need and taking a rough concept to a campaign that is real, measurable, tangible and effective.

WHERE? My favorite vacations are adventures—I’ve paraglided in the Swiss Alps, cage dived with great whites in South Africa and zip-lined through the Costa Rican rain forest—it takes a lot to match the adrenaline rush that I’ve become accustomed to in the Client Services Department!

HOW? I’m responsible for assisting the AdEase team with all our client relationships — so essentially, I wear whatever hat is required or handed to me at any given moment. Sometimes, I get to make my own hats.

WHY? I enjoy understanding how other people think and finding creative ways to share a message. I love that my position at AdEase allows me to be involved in the entire process; no two days are the same.

WHERE? My favorite places – by the water or in a coffee shop.

WHAT? Detective Lieutenant of numbers and patterns.

HOW? I strive to form strong relationships with people in the media world while keeping up to date with changes in the advertising landscape. Our strong analytical approach lets us create great media plans for our clients.

WHY? Quite simply, I enjoy it. I get to work with great people in an environment where I can continue to learn and not be judged for my Diet Coke consumption.

WHERE? I hail from the green lands of England, and you’ll find me on weekends hanging out by blue waters of the Pacific — anywhere that will let me bring my dog.

WHAT? Making sense of the Social Media and Online world.

HOW? I create online strategies that meet my various clients’ needs. Whether it is search marketing to promote a social initiative, creating a microsite to increase e-commerce revenue, or tweeting to create brand awareness, I know which medium fits each goal, and I make it happen.

WHY? Because interactive advertising lets me use both sides of the brain. Inventive campaigns + metrics and quantifiable results = saucy!

WHERE? While I’ve traveled to 36 countries, I still love coming home to the City by the Bay!

WHAT? Creating a work environment that rewards initiative, and implementing outreach and education programs.

HOW? Communication is essential in both positions. I try to figure out what I would need to know or want to understand if I were in the other person’s shoes.

WHY? The people at AdEase are smart, fun, ambitious and effective — so it’s remarkably easy for me to sell the agency to both job candidates and clients.

WHERE? I can be found sailing on the waters of Massachusetts and the San Diego Bay, cheering in the bleachers at baseball games, and running laps around Miramar Lake.

WHAT? Crunching the numbers as smoothly as possible.

HOW? My job is to make everyone else’s jobs easier and keep things moving forward, so I’m quite adept at juggling.

WHY? Serendipity. Working in the advertising field is a happy accident that seems to be the culmination of everything that came before.

WHERE? As a native Californian living primarily in San Diego, I’ve narrowed all the restaurants down to my one constant hangout: the awesome Juanita’s Taco Shop in Encinitas.

WHAT? Generating financial and cash flow projections to support the planning, strategies and goals of the agency.

HOW?  By looking at the details so closely that the big picture appears.

WHY? After 20+ very good years in the banking industry, I was ready for a new workplace culture. Financial stewardship and strategy is what I love to do, and there’s no place I’d rather do it.

WHERE? Weekends you can find me horseback on the trails of Descanso.
