What a joke, “Best Prices” the last 3 times I tried to order online over 17 different items each time, not one item was available. Before this campaign began I jotted down a few particular items and since the “so-called SALE” started none of the items that I was tracking was a better price, as a matter of fact most of them were higher. Penny’s won’t be seeing any of my $ in the near future. Thanks

Now that the ads are gone I waited to see the 40% reduction. There isn’t one. I went to order curtains and they are higher than the price in their Window/Fall 2011 small catalog. I am very disappointed with JCP. I hope they bring the old promos and ads back. Otherwise, I will shop elsewhere.
