Daphne’s Greek Cafe

Daphne’s as a brand had no personality and no voice, and each store had its own feel. They were growing at the same time that several other serious new players were entering the QSR/Fast Casual arena. AdEase was retained for a complete rebranding that would give Daphne’s a fresh, clean, fun and unified image, and would position the chain for growth into new markets. The company is now the largest fast-casual Greek restaurant chain in the U.S.

Services included logo, branding, strategy, creative design and collateral materials.
