Del Mar Heritage, a San Diego builder, developed a 25-unit complex in the stylish and colorful neighborhood of Hillcrest in San Diego. The real estate market was softening and vacancies were up. Additionally, three comparable developments in the same neighborhood were selling units that were priced slightly less, while offering more square footage per unit. AdEase developed a brand positioning and marketing strategy that successfully sold out the development at a pace far exceeding the competition.
