San Diego County Storm Water Pollution Prevention – Think Blue

The goal of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Division is to improve the quality of our recreational waters and reduce beach and bay pollution and contamination. AdEase was selected to provide media consultation services and to help develop the multi-year strategic media communications plan to enhance public outreach.

Services include media strategy, general market outreach, Hispanic market outreach, and evaluation of television and radio (English and Spanish).
