The Gardens at Thyme Square

The Gardens at Thyme Square is a 45-unit townhome subdivision in Sonoma County. AdEase was hired by its capital partner to spur sales during a very slow time for condominium sales. Through a strategy implemented with grassroots community outreach, digital retargeting and social media, sales well surpassed all predetermined metrics of success. This achievement led to the capital partner retaining AdEase to implement the same strategy for three additional developments.
